Multichannel Marketing and Innovation Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   •      Creating value-adding digital ecosystems and responsible for implementation of Brand Excellence, in Field Team Excellence and Launch Excellence processes in the affiliate. •    Drive digital transformation through analytics, reporting and strategic initiatives within the affiliate. •     Cross-functional integration of customer digital strategy, including the development and pull-through of insight-driven digital/omnichannel plans to ensure the right customer message at the right time via the right channel. •      Ability to create strategies to increase customer base through content improvement, personalized interaction and digital traffic metrics. •     Develop actionable insights from data by working cross-functionally with in-house digital tools, market research, media planning and purchasing, analytics, customer experience and IT to identify, optimize and execute on growth opportunities. •    Coordinate the work of multiple agencies, external vendors, and internal departments, including Business Intelligence, Market Research and BTS. •     Work hand in hand with priority Brand Teams, to create comprehensive Multichannel experiences for stakeholders. •     Identify opportunities for reuse of global content in local affiliate to optimize budget and spending. •     Create/maintain platforms to foster innovative ideas and best practice sharing. •      Challenge the business to constantly bring in fresh stimulus and ideas and ways of working from internal colleagues, external industry and non-industry sources. •      Coordinate the launch process in new product/indication launches both with the area and within the affiliate. •       Play a full and integrated role in the strategic and tactical planning process within the brand team with the focus on the measurable outcomes of those projects.   Professional and Personal Development:   •       Assess performance levels, identify root causes and develop action plans for continuous improvement for areas of responsibility. •        Implement the knowledge and skills gained in AbbVie training programs to work practice and follow up. •       Continue to develop and update product and customer journey knowledge through reading textbooks, journal articles, technical documents, online sources, market research reports, etc. Keep up to date with relevant scientific, social and technological knowledge and participate in and carry out events including congresses, symposia, field visits, training programs and be prepared to travel to locations in accordance with job requirements. •        Take responsibilities in company projects and adapt him/herself to the changing or new work conditions and requirements.   Qualifications •        Experience in a similar role of at least 3 years •         Business acumen and knowledge of pharma industry, market data management and digital •       Additional Business/Leadership qualifications and training would be an advantage. •       Project Management •       Good understanding of the organizational processes and procedures •      Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems, CLM represents an advantage.   BEHAVIORS •      Project Management with proven ability to bring ideas from conception to completion. •      Prioritize, plan and organize effectively. •       Presentation and facilitation skills •        Strong communication skills •        Good interpersonal, networking and cross-functional management skills •       Excellent relationship management skills •       Strong team player •      Offers creative and imaginative ways to achieve goals, communicate and solve problems. •      Change management and influencing. •      Helping other people turn their ideas into reality. •     Good commercial and entrepreneurial thinking/analytical skills •      Sharp brand focus         Additional Information AbbVie is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.  It is AbbVie’s policy to employ qualified persons of the greatest ability without discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy), physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, status as a protected veteran, or any other legally protected group status.
