NOC and Playout Operator in Bucuresti

ROLE DESCRIPTION: The SMC Operator has functional responsibility for the Playout and or the MCR (Master Control Room) during the respective shift schedule. The SMC Operator is organizing the working processes during the shift hours to ensure that the provided services run efficiently without interruption. The SMC Operator has to conduct Playout Operations including LIVE activities when required, support the company services in first and second levels and to escalate to level 3 when required. Additionally, the SMC Operator is required to manage events that occurred during the shift and present outcome of investigations to the respective leadership team. He/she is the first point of contact for internal stakeholders as well as external customers.    You will be responsible for  (this is not an exhaustive list) : Monitor Broadcast systems and company services Troubleshoot and ability for fix technical & operational issues (L1&2) in real time in ALL technical domains (Playout, DVB, RF etc.) Coordinate an escaltaion process till resolution including coordination with in-house engineers and 3rd parties following the internal escalation matrix  Validating scheduled media content and playlists received from the customers and or from the MX1 internal scheduling system  Accountability for managing events and ensure closure while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them  Write work procedures / services documentation according to personal/team objectives      YOUR PROFILE 1.  Must have Technical background (Practical engineer / B.A. degree)  Knowledge of signal contribution and distribution  Highly developed senses of responsibility, service orientation and a confident, proactive approach  Technical affinity and soung knowledge of MS Office and EDV applications  Fluent English in written and verbal    2.  Nice to Have  TV orientate apprenticeship or similar academic studies  Strong experience of classical and IP based broadcasting systems      WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Flexible working policy Bonus plan Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan A range of wellness activities and employee assistance programs  An employer that values all aspects of Diversity and respects every individual’s story     GOOD TO KNOW Embark on a career with us, where diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our driving force.
