Managing the Productivity of the In-Plant Logistics for BU Logistics worldwide including target setting for technical KPI’s in order to ensure a high performance as well as driving countermeasures in case of deviations.

Managing the SCM performance for relevant logistics KPI in close cooperation with the operations team and the involved plant SCM organization.

Support the definition of the In-Plant logistics strategy for BU CCN in cooperation with other VNI BUs and ASCM. Support e.g. value stream analysis to identify deficiencies and to define the necessary Industry 4.0 process and tools.

Drive and initiate operational and strategic projects within the Operations organization using standard methods to improve the logistics competitiveness for BU CCN,

Manage the Logistics (Supply Chain) within the plant and Focus Factory, eg. Warehousing, material replenishment to the production lines.

Manage the logistics elements of Operations by defining and tracking performance KPIs; supports the plants for the target achievement by defining and performing the necessary logistics reporting.

QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications

University studies (Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Administration or similar).

2-3 years experience in supply chain management

Fluent in English. German is a plus.

Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain in the automotive industry

Industry 4.0 Logistic elements

Excel knowledge, Power BI

Desirable Skills/Qualifications

Working abroad or a degree of orientation skills in foreign cultures
