Job Summary: EveryMatrix is looking to hire a skilled Online Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing. Based in Bucharest, the Online Marketing Manager will work to shape and execute the online business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy to promote our products and services to other businesses. This role is an integral part of the marketing team, and you will be tasked with leveraging various online channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. The role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to achieve marketing objectives effectively in the very competitive iGaming industry. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company.   Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; Identify target B2B audiences and segments, and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly; Manage & execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, display, paid social media, and email marketing); Plan and execute B2B-focused paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific networks; Oversee the company's websites, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and user experience; Collaborate with team members to implement necessary updates and improvements; Utilize web analytics tools to track websites and campaign performance and optimize conversion rates; Track and record online marketing budgets; Create and deliver recurring reports on the effectiveness of online marketing activities (manage all online KPIs). Requirements: Proven experience in online marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a B2B environment. In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and others; Familiarity with data assessment and reporting; Excellent grasp of English (written and spoken).
