We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Operations Executive to support our growing blue-collar staffing operations across Romania.
This role is focused on account management, client coordination, workforce management, and operational support across multiple client sites including construction, industrial, and warehouse environments.
Tasks
- Visit client sites regularly and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate between clients, supervisors, and workforce teams
- Ensure workforce attendance, utilization, and timesheet accuracy
- Support issue resolution related to workforce deployment and operations
- Understand client manpower requirements and communicate them internally
- Monitor site conditions, PPE, and operational compliance
- Support business growth through strong client servicing and relationship building
Requirements
- Proven experience in staffing, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce operations
- Experience handling blue-collar or industrial workforce operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Romanian and English language skills are mandatory
- Driving license and willingness to travel frequently across client locations
- Organized, practical, and able to work independently in field-based operations
