Description:
- Manage the sustainable flow of acquisition and day to day operations for SWVL’s three categories which are regular, travel & corporate in Alex process flow management & optimization
- Participate and lead company strategic projects
- Ensure stability of daily operations and acquisitions for Alexandria .
- Synergy and communication with city, country & Central teams.
- Generate operational Reports.
- Accountable for all operational elements of the product and ensure operational excellence with regards to customer & captain experience, and channels / instruments efficiency. .
- Managing the design of the optimum channels and instruments commissions and incentives as well as continuously driving performance monitoring, improvements, cost saving initiatives and mystery shopping activities.
- Support the ongoing Go-To-Market , promotional, and pilot activities within the product life cycle various stages.
- Qualifications:
- Proven track record of strong operational excellence.
- 6 years of work experience.
- Min 4 years of experience in operation roles.
- Previously proven experience in working in analytical capacity.
- Very good English level.
