We are looking for a new colleague to join our fast-growing Oracle Support Team located in Cluj-Napoca. Responsibilities: 

• Define business requirements by engaging with business partners 
• Conduct Oracle fit-gap analysis with the assistance of Oracle technical resources 
• Analyze, design, configure and support key business applications 
• Prepare and maintain all functional deliverables 
• Work with technical resources to develop, test, and document the application 
• Lead collaboration with integration and data teams 
• Create test cases, test scripts for core functionalities
• Assist key users in testing new functionality, documenting and retaining application knowledge
• Coordinate and collaborate with users and technical teams to find solutions to identified issues

 

 

Match your profile

 

 

• Good understanding of HR operations/processes is an advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM/other ERP system is an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Very well organized and good time management
