Senior System Analyst in Constanţa

Your responsibilities Interaction with customers and various project stakeholders, including worldwide experts from the healthcare domain, to gather the requirements, understand business needs and customer expectations Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements Backlog management and prioritization of user stories accordingly to maximize value delivery Working with the development team to support and ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs Supporting the implementation of processes that increase productivity without introducing unnecessary complexity Communicating effectively with clients and team members at all levels of the organization to solve complex business and process challenges, using written and verbal communications as well as visualizations Proactively solving issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints Working in an Agile environment Our requirements At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing System Analyst role in a large, highly scalable enterprise system project, ideally in the Healthcare domain BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and strong verbal communication skills (Polish & English) Organization & business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship building Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations Optional UML and BPML Defining medical systems Usability testing and customer acceptance testing Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements What we offer Reputable international customers offering projects not available in Poland before Rock solid stability of a company established in 1966 in Germany with more that 120 branches and a €800M+ revenue A great working atmosphere with a close-knit team of friendly people Team-building events Working 100% remotely, hybrid, or onsite (Wrocław) Attractive offices in convenient city locations, modern software and hardware at your disposal Medicover card Multisport / Multilife card (access to personal trainers, dieticians and therapists)
