oracle fusion (regular) PL/SQL (regular) Cloud (regular) HCM (regular) Oracle (regular) The Oracle HCM Technical Specialist will provide support and related implementations, including working with cross functional teams and providing project support. This position will be involved in developing and maintaining system integrations, reports, and formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party Recruitment providers. Provide technical subject matter for modules Oracle HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent and Benefits.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for the following HR processes: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Interfaces and Reports.Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting HCM Cloud inbound & outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.Ability to develop fast formulas across HCM modules, ad-hoc reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, catering to business needs.Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Experience is building BI Analyses using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).Experience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI Publisher.Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL).Ability to develop SQL based BI reports and ad hoc scripts across the HCM modules.Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console.Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.Be familiar with the agile methodology and participate in agile sessions as needed.Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.Build, leverage, and maintain effective relationships across technical and business community. QualificationsSkills and Abilities:Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud Applications: At least 2 years (Required)Be proficient in the writing/debugging long running queries (PL/SQL)Excellent verbal, written and relationship skills used to interact with a global group of technical and non-technical people.Work closely with other IT teams including Information Security, Application Development, IT Support and 3rd party vendors to plan, deploy, and maintain a highly-performant environment.Logical thought process when architecting technical solutions for customers.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, work under a small or large team spanning across multiple business unit/practice areas.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic ever-changing environment.Ability to troubleshoot issues and work them through to the rootAbility to lead tasks and prepare a variety of technical and user-oriented reports or manuals.Strong customer service and orientation in execution.Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.Work for an extended time at keyboard/terminal.Education/Certification:BA/BS in a related information technology program or an AA/AS degree / High school diploma along with equivalent experience in an information technology role. Physical requirements/Working conditions:Climate controlled office environmentDynamic, time-sensitive environmentTravel as requiredWhat we offer:Great Benefits and Competitive SalaryEmployee Assistance Programme through Magellan Health (provide support on a wide range of work and personal issues)Private healthcare for employees and closest family membersLife insuranceLunch vouchersA true learning and development culture offering you many possibilities to grow your skills and advance in your career.
