Job Description Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs. As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 2 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree. Responsibilities The Oracle Recruitment Team delivers a high quality internal recruitment service to all Lines of Business within Oracle, using a combination of sourcing initiatives and cutting edge recruitment technologies we ensure Oracle is staffed to achieve its business objectives in a cost effective and quality focused manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the business to understand their requirements, be first point of contact for hiring managers within assigned Lines of Business Partner with hiring managers to develop long-term business relationships and become a key member of their support team. Utilizing proactive Search methods to source highest quality candidates Establish and maintain a network of contacts internally and externally Educate managers to implement best recruitment practice using competency based interviewing Hire the ‘right people’ for all positions using appropriate selection methods Develop specific lead-generation channels Identify key recruitment solution partners per business area Devise comprehensive hiring plans for specific roles or job categories Responsibility for managing recruitment projects with a strategic focus Represent Oracle at career and recruitment fairs Researching and utilizing the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance Drive use of e-recruitment methods to achieve best practice Provide quality screening service to hiring managers Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner May be required to travel occasionally QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years recruitment experience preferably at least 1of which in a HR function Previous technical (IT) recruitment experience; Experience of Shared Service Centre recruitment an advantage; Knowledge of Oracle and Sun products advantageous Proven experience of utilizing state of the art candidate sourcing methods Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices Fluency in English is a must Fluency in other European languages is an advantage Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures Proven ability to build relationships across international/organizational boundaries Team player Innovative approach to problem solving Positive enthusiastic self-starter Results driven Ability to adapt About Us Diversity and Inclusion: An Oracle career can span industries, roles, Countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to flourish in new roles and innovate, while blending work life in.
