Order Management Specialist in Oradea

Purpose Statement: The Order Management Specialist is a critical member of our team, ensuring that the most challenging and complex orders for our Aftermarket Services customers are processed in an efficient and timely manner, in compliance with contractual turn-around time requirements, quality expectations while supporting an outstanding customer experience. Activities focus on daily production planning, material release planning and expedition. Responsible for scheduling the product flow throughout the Aftermarket Services process and ensure timely completion of Aftermarket Services orders by ensuring availability of resources. Key Job Accountabilities: Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Program Management and Customer Service Representative, ensuring product flow meets customer commitments, expectations and priorities Assist with workflow improvements in process and systems, performing quality review of orders processed Work with Customer Service Representative and Logistics team to obtain necessary documentation required to track orders and align to delivery schedule Enter accurate order information into JDE for order processing and invoicing Verify all orders and prepare order reports daily Manage all inputs to meet daily shipments requirements Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve discrepancies in production metrics in partnership with Operations and Program Management teams Provide an interface with finance department and manage all incoming purchase orders; complete orders in order management system (JDE) Proactively communication issues back to Program Management Order processing subject matter expert (SME), supporting the IT business partners with SME support for this portion of the business workflow and provide recommendations for workflow improvement Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of Focus Factory Establish and review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments are met for both turnaround time and quality output. Other duties as assigned. Additional Accountabilities: Proficient leader at using tools, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite of business tools, JDE Support internal audits and SOX controls Provide Order Management training for new hires Contribute to additional Order Management activities as assigned Ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and individually Assist in the coordination of Material Handler activities to ensure inventory needs are communicated Assess part availability to ensure correct quantities are available for production Coordinate with demand analyst equivocal to meet material release schedule Expedite material releases and production schedules as needed and communicate changing needs to Focus Factory and Program Management Push to close old work orders Communication part availability concerns with Procurement and Program Management to effectively resolve issues. Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health. Minimal travel required (estimated >10%). Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required At least 1 year of Order Management experience in a complex environment preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
