Job Description
Process Specialist is a key function for OTC process.
Areas of responsibilities are:
Process Improvement and standardization
Identify improvements required in OTC processes to increase efficiencies
Support Global Process Lead to identify improvement opportunities
Automation
Support Global Process Lead to identify RPA opportunities
Assist RPA team with implementing RPA solution
General support to RPA team
Documentation
Identify gaps in process flows and create required diagrams
Update existing step by step guides and create any missing guides
GPO SharePoint page for OTC
Standardization of DPM used by OTC teams
Global KPIs
Produce KPIs for different entities
Assist with implementing Power BI for Global KPI and Operational reports
