Our ICP is clear, we base decisions on data, there's room to grow our ad budgets, and we're now hiring a performance marketing manager with focus on Linkedin Ads and Influencer Marketing. Tasks Your daily responsibilities will look something like this: 50% LinkedIn Ads 30% Influencer Marketing 20% PPC What tools you'll work with: CRM: Hubspot 3rd party audiences: Metadata Research: Wynter Product Analytics: Heap & Fullstory CDP: Segment Influencer marketing: Passionfroot Web Analytics: GA4 (but kind of hate it) Attribution: haven't implemented one, but we'll do it together. Requirements 4+ years of experience working in tech startups 3+ years managing Linkedin Ads Basic experience working with B2B creators and influencers Basic experience and understanding of other ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) Basic understanding of SEO software Experience with Hubspot is a plus Please apply with your resume and two to three sentences about a recent win you had with Linkedin Ads.
