Purpose: Maintain employee information that is accurate, meets the organisation's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares information of payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information to be reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
  • Responsible for preparing reports for budget process.
  • Maintains individual employee data records, ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in employee files.
  • Prepares reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime.
  • Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
  • May guide and informally supervises new hires and generally is viewed as a referent of the area
  • Your profile:

  • Degreed in: Economical Science / Finance / HR
  • Language: English – Advanced
  • Specific knowledge: IT tools: Excel, Outlook, Windows;
