As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their financial inquiries and services, all while communicating effectively in Polish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding FinTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information on account management, transaction processes, and financial products.
- Assist customers with resolving issues related to their accounts and transactions.
- Educate clients on navigating the FinTech platforms and available financial solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues or service interruptions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the latest FinTech developments to offer accurate guidance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
- Readiness to relocate to Greece for this role.
