Agile (regular) Project Management (advanced) Responsibilities: Consult and support strategic planning activities aligned to Navisphere intellectual property (IP) and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)Develop investment processes and provide recommendations on enhancements on the existing processes; maintain documentation of defined processesPartner with leadership to create and share reporting tools and processes focused on agreed-upon success metrics for our Navisphere investmentsIdentify opportunities to enhance existing sourcing and governance processes and ensure alignment with strategic programsSupport annual budget planning and addendum process with insight on project successes from past decisions, evaluating and sharing project pros/cons of current optionsAssist leadership to drive change management, communications planning, and execution efforts within engineering domainsCollaborate with Technology teams to assist with time tracking, work management, and Quarterly ReviewsAssist in developing, defining, and executing project plans, project assessment, activities, schedules, budgets, reporting, and deliverables for strategic initiativesAssist in epic implementation, evaluate overall impact, and communicate outcomes to senior technology leadershipRequired Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a technology roleExperience leading large scale technology projects or initiativesMust be in Ireland or willing and able to relocateBachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GEDPreferred Qualifications: Experience leading a team or projects related to process and change management improvements for technical solutionsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization, inside and outside of technology, to articulate technical strategiesStrong organizational skills and able to manage multiple competing prioritiesLocated in Cork, IrelandWhat does C.H.
