PR Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for a PR Manager, to join their business in Romania.Responsibilities:Support the development Brand & Products PR & Social Media Communications annual activity plans, including KOLs/ Influencer marketing to launch & sustain new products fast awareness and full conversion cycles.Leverage existing media relations & create new contacts to ensure coverage, across different categories (General news, tech, lifestyle, health & fitness, sport…).Manage PR & Social Media agency on a daily basis, ensure all PR KPIs are reached (coverage, SOV, brand awareness…).Manage media inquiries and interview requests.Design and build our Social Media strategy (own-earned-paid) to increase Brand and product awareness and consideration, identifying consumers current and future needs while addressing them with relevant communication activities, monitoring the competition always on.Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.Measure and report performance of all Social Media marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies in Social Media.Work closely with Social Media and PR Agencies to find relevant angles to secure coverage for client and our products.Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results in local / HQ meetings.Evaluate partnership opportunities on an ongoing basis.Coordinate media review samples.Manage PR & Social Media quarterly budget application and ongoing reporting budget, assisting marketing procurement process.Stay actively up-to-date on what’s happening in the consumer technology space, and familiar with how global media operate, with a special focus on Tech & Lifestyle media.Work across a variety of tech products: smartphones, wearables, headphones, laptops…Qualifications:Proven experience in PR and Social Media management, preferably in the consumer technology industry.Fluent in Romanian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong network of media contacts and ability to create new relationships across various categories.Experience in managing PR and Social Media agencies, ensuring KPIs are met and campaigns are executed effectively.Proficiency in measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns, with a focus on ROI and KPIs.Up-to-date knowledge of consumer technology trends and familiarity with global media operations, particularly in the tech and lifestyle sectors.
