The Project Controller must provide the necessary support for each project by carrying out the related financial-accounting activities.Key accountabilities• Collaborates directly and continuously with the Project Manager, providing him/her with timely and accurate information on all resources allocated to a project (materials, hours, subcontractors, etc.).• Continuously monitors the project implementation process compared to the initially allocated budgets, preparing monthly financial reports that comply with accounting rules and policies as well as the clauses stipulated in the contracts.• Carries out regular financial performance monitoring activities covering projects, including planning and reporting, within the company's financial and business management processes.• Carries out control activities related to process improvements and cost reduction, analysis of deviations from planned/forecast costs and cost estimates and results.• Performs activities for the preparation of monthly financial reports as required by the company.• Analyses and measures the financial impact of projects on the company's bottom line.• Analyses financial data and participates in the development of models to support decision making (effective use of analytical tools).• Actively participates in improvement actions and projects within the department and organization.Skills & experience• Bachelor's degree in economics field;• Very good knowledge of English - both writing and speaking;• Experience in financial accounting or control activities• Ability to organize and plan work, analytical thinking, attention to detail. Problem-solving orientation.• Teamwork and collaboration.• Good computer skills (VBA-Excel Macros, Business Intelligence, good knowledge of ERP module functionality).• Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business environments and new technologies. A growth-oriented mindset, willingness to learn new skills and openness to new ideas.
