About the role
SugarCRM is a customer experience (CX) leader enabling businesses to create profitable customer relationships by delivering highly relevant, personalized experiences throughout the customer journey.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work as a key member of our Professional Services – Customer Experience QA team. You will play a critical role to ensure the best quality of our internal products and customizations for many top clients.

The SugarCRM Customer Experience Team, which includes Global Professional Services, is passionate about helping our customers enhance their own end customer experience leveraging SugarCRMs suite of CX applications. The team consists of highly experience technical consultants who, working together, thrive when engaging directly with customers to solve their business challenges.
