Quality Technician Lead in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Perform acceptance of the incoming parts, as per the process set-up by the Supplier Quality Engineer. Ensure compliance with MSD standards, ESD standards, handling of products and good practice protocols. Providing real-time feedback to SQE team and Purchasing team on discoveries during acceptance activities and follow up on supplier improvement actions. Leading teams of Supplier Quality Technicians across the shifts.Key Job Accountabilities: Incoming Goods audit and inspection, as per Inspection Plan In TIPQA and customer specifications in Agile, to ensure compliance with customer requirements and manufacturing standards;Recording findings in appropriate information collection systems;Prepare basic reports and feedback to the production SQE /CFT/Quality teams;Identification of non-compliant products requiring entry into the repair / recovery process, segregation control, product return and repaired repaired product to ensure that the original standards are met;Queries defective systems and issues information including past results to assess risks, focusing on inspection activity;Communicate findings during investigations of failure modes;Ensure smooth communication between shifts between SQE and SQT teams ;Support of the SQE function during the NPI stages from FAI execution point of view.Additional Accountabilities:Performing the general cleaning activity to ensure the safety and efficiency of the working environment;Ensuring adherence to good production control by monitoring product tracking and tracking through online systems and original documentation;Administrative coordination of the SQT team through the management of holidays, free days, overtime;Work with the SQT teams across the shifts and the production team/SQE on the exchange of information to understand the allocation of resources to cover the area of ​​responsibility;Ensures compliance with the training requirements for all resources within the area of ownership, ensures coordination of obtaining the necessary certifications;Ensure that all necessary tools for conducting inspection work within the SQT team are permanently available;Escalates to the SQE /SQE Associate on the project or CFT , the problems reported by the team of SQT;Support for SQE/SQE Associates with regards to reporting of defects to suppliers.Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a(n) Supplier Quality technician job experience for 2 year is required;3 years of related experience within EMS is required.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Knowledge of components types;Using computerized systems, including MS Office applications;Clear understanding of IPC 600/IPC 610 construction standards;Working experience in a dynamic environment;PC knowledge, the ability to collect and analyze information;Ability to work under stress and minimal supervision;Leadership;Ability to work in team and coordinate subordinate staff;Communication capacity;Ability to read customer specification and interpret technical drawings.Work Environment:The work setting should consist of an shop floor environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
