Region Business Unit Leader Male Grooming (all genders)Job Description
Develops and delivers together with CEE Grooming Teams consumer, shopper, customer and professional audience focused plans to win in the region. Secures strong collaboration E2E between business, region and customers to drive impact with consumers.
Your role:
Develops and deliver the business plan based on agreed SPOR & AOP for Grooming in the Region in close collaboration with Districts and acts as key interface/ influencer to the global BU teams, determining key enablers to win in the market.
Orchestrates marketing cadence and launch / NPI process across the region and ensures strategy and execution are synchronized.
Provides local insights on competition, consumer and market trends, input to business during global lead VPC and PDLM.
Drives locally relevant commercial innovations as per agreed roadmap with BU Leader / BCL.
Owns Region Marketing Plan with defined commercial unlock priorities, bringing together the 18-months plan.
Drives Marketing Engagement and Planning for respective categories (focus on “where to play” and “how to win” for prioritized SOBs) based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer shopper, professional), resulting in category specific omni-channel experience and shopper journeys for prioritized channels, including A&P and media channel mix planning and delivery against source of business (for annual and forecast planning).
Develops and delivers go to market and portfolio strategy including regional commercial innovation opportunities. Defines and delivers New Business Development opportunities within CEE.
Determines and implements regional portfolio plan, including but not limited to phase in / out, pruning, perfect NPI execution, pricing (local RRPs), recommends STTI levels to global BU and delivers promotion calendar across countries and channels for the region.
Lives and breathes the category specific shopper insights, delivering excellent shopper execution and fundamentals to step-up visibility in-store resulting in sell-out growth and market share gains.
Determines the professional audience strategy and implementation.
As a member of both the Region Leadership Team and the Business Leadership Team, responsible for end-to-end collaboration and planning for delivery and activation of innovations and commercial unlocks, ensuring the needs of the region are fully incorporated into relevant PDLMs.
Drives overall engagement and culture norms by leading cross functional business/category team; Coaches, develops and upgrades capabilities; Manages pipeline of talents.
You're the right fit if you have:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in leading marketing in complex organizations and / or experience in managing the commercial function in a large, complex organisation.
Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority.
Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization. Ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent and nurture an inspiring culture.
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
