Be accountable for set up a continuous improvement system in the region, and work closely together with global/regional and plants teams to do continuous improvement and achieve future state. • Lead BMS transformation and implementation in regional level • Ensure all of plants implemented the BMS well, sustain and improve by PDCA cycle • Digital plant project implementation and lead the Digital manufacturing deployment with robust digital solution• Lead the improvement to achieve cost ambition in RR operations by Cost management EXCELLENCE • Leading regional productivity improvement and Support plants on Productivity improvement• Build up continue improvement system in region About YouEssential skills & competences• University degree or above in mechanical engineering or other engineering domain. • More than 5 years of operational department management experience.• Strong communication / analytical skills / work proactively and systematically with good leadership• Good capability of project management and change management• Can build effective working relationships and connect authentically with groups & individuals across all levels• A strong team player and have capable of coaching and motivating people• Have a strong drive for results & sense of urgency Why join us?At Bekaert, we are on a journey to establish the new possible.
