The company is VC funded and was started by a team with a track record of building successful companies. We expect full time commitment (no other daytime jobs or other commitments that take considerable amount of time). If there is a deadline and they are behind we expect them to put additional effort to meet that deadline.2. We have a mandatory daily scrum meeting at 6pm polish time. Afterwards they should stay long enough to get whatever information they need to to do their work next day.So that being said, - some people work few hours in the morning and then few hours in the afternoon/evening.- some work normal polish hours and then log off shortly after 6pm.- some like to work in the evenings and have a lot of overlap with us (they start in the late afternoon and they work until late night hours).We are flexible and let anyone choose what works for them as long as the work gets done.Seems like a place you would like to be a part of?
