Misiunea postului:
Este responsabil pentru vanzarea de betoane in perimetrul desemnat catre clienti noi sau existenti
Responsabilitatile principale ale pozitiei:
- Este responsabil pentru desfasurarea activitatii de vanzari in teritoriul desemnat si in conformitate cu politica si regulile comerciale ale companiei;
- Propune planuri de actiune pentru atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari din zona sa de actiune;
- Negociaza cu clientii, stabileste preturi, limite de credit, in limita sa de autoritate;
- Gestioneaza un portofoliu de clienti si organizeaza intalniri regulate pentru a le evalua nevoile/cerintele prezente si viitoare;
- Planifica si realizeaza vizite de prospectare pentru a isi innoi si imbunatati in mod constant portofoliul de clienti;
- Este responsabil pentru recuperarea datoriilor clientilor si prevenirea managerului direct in cazul unor intarzieri sau probleme cauzate de blocaje;
- Este implicat in rezolvarea problemelor clientilor referitoare la produse, servicii, livrari stabilind o buna colaborare cu celelalte departamente (calitate, productie, logistica, etc);
- Pregateste rapoarte de analiza a rezultatelor de vanzari;
- Ofera informatii tehnice clientilor despre produse si utlizarea lor;
- Ofera informatii departamentului de marketing cu privire la produsele competitorilor.
Profilul candidatului ideal:
- Studii superioare, de preferat profil tehnic sau comercial;
- Experienta de cel putin 2 ani in vanzari - constituie avantaj experienta de vanzare in betoane;
- O buna cunoastere a produselor si a utilizarii acestora;
- Excelente abilitati de negociere;
- Capacitate de a lucra sub presiune si in situatii de stres;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare;
- Limba engleza - mediu;
- Respecta H&S ca prioritate principala in activitatea sa;
- Orientare catre rezultate;
- Comunicare si colaborare foarte buna cu toate departamentele conexe;
- Organizat, metodic;
- Dorinta de invatare si adaptabilitate.
