Sales and Marketing Assistant - Bucharest HUB in Bucuresti

We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Sales Department in our Romanian HUB located in Bucharest (BU) Romania. The Romanian HUB is managing the ACE business in Romania, Poland, Baltics, Bulgaria, Serbia and MontenegroMain responsibilities:· Assisting the Sales Manager & Trade Marketing Manager for some operational reports and analysis such as commercial strategy KPI tracking, DPSM (Distribution, shelving, Pricing, Merchandising strategies) KPI tracking.· Keeps in touch with the dedicated merchandising team from the field.· Preparing reports, analysis for sales fundamentals, shipments, promotional effectiveness, Nielsen Data updates, Sales to trade reports.· Translating and editing conceptual sell presentations during initiatives and yearly agreement periods· Checking all Customer and Channel initiatives whether they are in line with the implementation plan.· Deploy a creative approach on Faters social media platforms.· Preparing monthly newsletters (By Channel promotions, support plan, pricing announcements and etc…)· Helping to share inventory information from the distributor.· Develop tailored point of sales materials (POSM) together with the agencies· Agency Relationship: develop partnerships with agencies and internal/external partners and fully leverage the contribution of each· Initiative design: contribute to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, national or local consumer campaigns, packaging, products and ideas.
