YOUR ROLE As a Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for decisive support of Outdoor and Indoor Sales team with the aim to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of both teams, sales and service support for targeted accounts, existing customers and/or specified programs. Sales Support Specialist ensures highest customer satisfaction by handling and coordinating customer requests, i.e. quotations, claims and reports. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Preparing statistics and sales / customer analysisObserving data quality in CRM system for branch or country sales performanceOrganizing meetings, conferences and eventsCompiling customer presentationsInitiating more in-depth meetings/visits or calls with outside sales representativesCreating offers for outdoor sales teamFollowing-up on offersSales related analysis for customers and internal statisticsConstructing a prospective sales pipeline, allocating prospects and leading across assigned sales executivesServing as a liaison between the sales, marketing and customer service departments WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
