Since then CRM did grow, becoming the essential tool in marketing, sales and service with a growing userbase of 450+ users and a high level of process integration. In 2018 Trotec switched towards salesforce salescloud and servicecloud, again giving process coverage, efficiency, and user adoption a boost. To meet the constantly growing business requirements, Trotec decided to follow salesforce release pattern by deploying three Trotec salesforce releases each year bringing adapted and new process support into the field. In 2020 salesforce marketing cloud was introduced and now Trotec is moving ecommerce onto salesforce B2B commerce cloud. About the project: The Digitalization Competence Centre is a support-department at Trotec’s HQ in Austria reporting to the CEO. Our goal is to push internal process digitalization by operating and growing Salesforce platform and linked applications. · Support and improve internal users’ support experience and user satisfaction.· Technical development of Trotec’s Salesforce applications.· Provide a reliable organization of Trotec’s systems for digitalization.· Reach full potential of process digitalization with vast knowledge of systems and their interoperability.· Gather knowledge of Trotec’s systems to increase quality of interop support in our processes. Your responsibilities: · Manage and resolve user support-requests (SRs) for salesforce CRM, B2B commerce cloud, community cloud, marketing cloud.· Help users to create reports in salesforce.· Salesforce application configuration.· Identify and address process-related user issues.· Contribute to further development of running salesforce applications to improve and extend process coverage.· Think beyond system boundaries. Our requirements: · Salesforce CRM platform knowledge and administration skills (objects, users & permissions, sharing rules, flows, changesets, …)· Basic knowledge in software development and coding.· Willingness to learn (i.e. salesforce trailhead).· Analytical and joined-up thinking.· Team-player focusing on team goals and supporting team colleagues.· Good communication skills for interacting with users in support.· English in word and speech (B2 level).· Ability to work remotely, open to travel to Austria for team meetings. Optional · Apex coding skills.· Experience working with jira in software development.· Interest in technology and technological products and trends.
