About the role: As an SAP HR/HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client configuration requirements are correct. You will have ownership for the technical and functional implementation of our projects. The job consists of development, testing and maintenance of SAP HR / HCM systems for our clients. Responsibilities: new functionality customization / development support on existing customers documentation of new and adjusted functionality interacting with a broad range of teams in order to provide a high level technical support supporting the life cycle management of the product including interaction with various teams like testing, on boarding, application support, system landscape group, etc. proactively follows up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to supported clients Requirements: university degree (bachelor, diploma, master) in the following fields: information technology, mathematics, applied sciences, engineering or related area experience in SAP configuration - HCM / HR / PY module good written and oral communication skills in English experience in an international environment will be an asset good IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data Security persistence in striving for a goal teamwork orientation The role can be based in: Poland (office or remote work) Czech Republic (remote work or relocation) Romania (remote work or relocation) Slovenia (remote work or relocation) Hungary (remote work or relocation)
