SCCM (regular) Responsibilities:To administrate and maintain SCCM environment including tasks such as OSD and Task Sequence managementWindows image management Software deploymentMonthly patchingSetting overrides and custom configurationIncident, Service Request and Change Management activities – internal and external communication handled in EnglishTo develop an understanding of the Customer’s environment and service requirements to enable successful delivery of the serviceTo follow established procedures, recommend improvements and resolve enquiries, issues or problems. To document actions taken for continuous service improvementTo take ownership of issues identified. To co-operate with an account team and/or vendor support to provide technical input into incident and problem resolution processTo escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service levelBe proactive! Take responsibility for learning about current products, systems builds and infrastructure layouts to support daily business requirements Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of SCCM 2012 and/or SCCM CB (software deployment, reporting, OSD, patching)Good knowledge of Windows server system administration, management and tools (Windows Server 2008(R2), 2012(R2), 2016)Self-motivated, team player with great communication skills and business understandingB2 level of spoken and written English including technical vocabularyShift: regular business hours + OncallGood to have:Knowledge of App-V will be an assetKnowledge nice to have: Virtualization Technologies (preferably VMware or Hyper-V)Experience with antivirus systems would be an assetExperience with SCOM would be an asset
