We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and other non-healthcare entrepreneurs. Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, talented, and ambitious Scrum (Agile) Master to join our HTD Health growing team! What we need from you:At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master in Agile OrganizationKnowledge of Scrum (PSM II, or similar)Knowledge of Kanban (Kanban Management Professional, or similar)Understanding specificity of both Fixed and Time & Material projectsExperience with choosing & implementing the right framework/methodology depending on project needs in commercial environmentExperience in working in ITVery good verbal and written communications skills in English (C1+);Being a team player focused on getting things done;Excellent communication skills;Working on projects on an operational level (team member).Experience working & communicating directly with clients in EnglishWe appreciate if you have:Experience in working as a project team member - PO/PM, QA, Designer or DevExperience with spreading Agile on an organisational/strategic levelExperience working in a software house or interactive agencyExperience working for US clients Key responsibilities:Proactively removing or escalating roadblocks to allow team progressEstablishing an environment where the team can be the most effectiveEnsuring a good relationship between the team and the product owner as well as others outside Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractionsAssisting the product owner with the product backlog managementTeaching Scrum/Kanban/Agile practices and principlesHosts/Overview Scrum (or other) meetings and their effectivenessImplementing and sharing best IT projects practicesSupporting leadership in implementing Agile principlesSpreading Agile principles in whole organizations What you'll get in return: Salary depending on your skills and experience;     - PLN 16 000 - 25 000 + VAT on a B2B contract      - PLN 13 300 - 20 800 gross on employment contract 25 paid days off (B2B);⏱ Flexible working hours;  Possibility of working 100% remotely (you can be based anywhere); Personal educational budget (5 000 PLN yearly): conferences, courses, workshops, and more; Private medical care;⚽️ Multisport Plus member card or cinema tickets; English classes with a native speaker; All necessary equipment such as MacBook Pro, additional monitor and accessories; Work with the best tools available.
