We are looking for a genuine servant leader to protect, shield and help our Agile Team.
She/He will be forever named Scrum Master :)
Her/His tasks will be:
- Help the team to become self-managed and self-organized;
- Remove impediments;
- Shield team from external interferences;
- Be a servant-leader;
- Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive;
- Facilitate Scrum Events;
- Coaches Agile/Scrum everywhere;
- Promotes Engineering Practices;
- Manages team culture and health;
- Continuously adapt and improve himself;
- Help organization for adopting an Agile Mindset.
- Qualifications
- Knowledge in SAFe Process, Agile Scaling, Scrum Master, Tools, DevOps (if required);
- Skills in moderation and conflict management;
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency;
- Knowledge of Scrum and other agile approaches: XP, Kanban, SAFe etc.;
- Knowledge and / or experience with agile practices: User Story estimation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games;
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team;
- Ability to lead without pressure, assigning, or dictating the work;
- Solid project and time management skills;
- Ability of multi-tasking;
- Intercultural competence.
