Role purpose• Accountable for the Strategy and Architecture Roadmap for the Security Pillar within the Digital & Technology Platforms Architecture Domain – ensuring that the selected solutions and frameworks deliver best-in-class capabilities.• Ownership of Security Architecture Blueprint, and associated Solution Design artefacts that will evolve in-house DevSecOps competency for hybrid workloads across Technology_VOIS.• Support our Engineering teams by establishing a robust Architecture Governance Framework and Technical Design Authority that allows the team to collaboratively drive complex decision making – governed by the Reference Architecture and Security Roadmap, and to subsequently deliver in a controlled and standardised manner.• Demonstrate strong technical expertise with the ability to assess the impact of projects on globally scaled applications, and provide ongoing direction to implementation projects.• Participates in the definition of the TSS Architecture Vision and Strategy in conjunction with peer Solution Owners, Architecture Domain Leads, Product Owners and Senior Management.• Maintaining a high level of expertise in modern, Secure Software Development practises and the Frameworks that help accelerate developer productivity With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:• Definition, ownership and ongoing maintenance of Architecture, Capability roadmaps and Governance Framework for the Security Pillar.• Drive the evolution of the cross domain reference architecture with secure by design principles and process to guarantee least time to production• Act as a Security by Design Evangelist across Group IT Services & Technology_VOIS.• Work with Architecture colleagues across Transformation and Engineering Domains to deliver a global framework for scaled Agile and DevSecOps adoption in Group IT Services & Technology_VOIS. With these skills you are a great candidate:• Significant experience designing secure CI/CD pipelines, networks, systems and application architectures on-premise and in cloud (private and public) environments• CISSP• Speciality security certification from at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Network and K8s certification• Acute understanding of key activities across the full breath of the software development lifecycle and vision for integrating Agile and DevSecOps concepts into Digital Architecture. • Experience planning, researching, developing and introducing security policies, standards and procedures• Experience and expertise of risk assessment, cyber forensic tooling, threat modelling, security requirements and test case definition, security testing, automation and recovery.• Ability to work in a complex ecosystem and manage priorities accordingly • Ability to work within unfamiliar environments, employ analytical skills to quickly understand complex technical problems and translate business requirements into successful deliverables.
