As the Senior Business Processes Consultant for the Sales & Distribution (SD) module, you will be the overall process owner and lead for sales capabilities across our "Transformation of Industry" division during the SAP S/4 rollout. Your day begins with strategic collaboration across business units and countries, each with its own legacy sales processes and systems. You will work closely with the corporate global template team to align and harmonize sales processes, balancing local requirements with enterprise-wide standards. Your leadership and collaboration skills will be critical in driving a scalable, consistent sales process solution that supports the company’s strategic goals.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the harmonization and standardization of sales processes across all business units and countries, aligning legacy systems to a single global SAP S/4 template. Collaborate with business unit leaders and the global template team to gather requirements, resolve gaps, and promote consensus on scalable process solutions. Drive decisions on template extensions or alternative solutions ensuring compliance, sustainability, and business fit. Act as the primary business area process owner and escalation point for SD-related queries during rollout and post-go-live support. Support data migration and master data governance by defining consistent master and transactional data objects aligned with sales requirements. Lead and engage the Sales Key User Community by providing hands-on support and driving adoption of the new enterprise sales processes across rollout entities. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales process management, or project management. Strong expertise in sales processes, tools, and best practices, with proven experience in leading sales process harmonization initiatives. Deep knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module is essential; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable. Demonstrated success managing complex cross-organizational process initiatives within SAP S/4 or large IT transformation projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively in multinational and multicultural teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to innovate and adapt in dynamic environments. Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA sales processes and integration is preferred.
