Make the Best of You. We have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Center of Excellence (CoE)team in Bucharest. Be part of a team that is leading the way in Corporate Marketing. In this role, you will manage the digital window into Honeywell Corporate, our marketing website and help create standards along with best practices to drive a seamless customer experience. You will also help create the standards across our Honeywell web eco-system. This person will ensure that navigation, content, and search is continuously improved and managed to drive customer satisfaction and leads. Partnering with Marketing, SEO/SEM, IT, Data, and Sales teams - you will ensure that Honeywell and its products are promoted effectively through the web. This is a great opportunity to promote the Honeywell brand, develop leadership skills, and work with a great team that is transforming our business.  Senior Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities: Establish Management Operating System to ensure content is fresh and effective at driving leads and customer satisfaction; Audit content to ensure it’s still relevant and it brings value to the website visitors.Partner with IT and Marketing to drive improvements with on-site search capabilities.Guide content authoring contributors (internal and external) and ensure access to latest IT developments related to the AEM sites;Working with experience design specialists to ensure a high level of website user experience and consistency.Develop templates and guidelines for website authoring.Partner with SBGs on Global Design Model initiatives.Analyze website reports and drive actions based in the analytics reported; leverage existing tools to confirm best solutions.Author AEM webpages on an as-needed basis;Partner with SEO, SEM and Analytics teams to ensure Honeywell is making the most of the website; Establish web-analytics solutions to best measure the customer journey.Partner with product/customer marketers on digital campaign strategies and website solutions, while sharing best practicesIdentify opportunities, develop user stories and partner with IT to develop new enhancements for the website.Document issues and ensure these are being debugged based on the priorityQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, website development, or other relevant field;3-5 Years in web-content development/authoring, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager;Experience with Elastic Search is a plusExperience with Adobe Target is a plusExperience with Glass Box or Similar tool (Customer Experience) a plusExperience with SilkTide, Site Improve or Similar tool a plusExperience leading projectsExperience with website process and governanceAction-orientation with courage to leadUnderstanding of web search best practices – both SEO and On-Site.
