HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.As a Senior HR Officer you will advise and provide support to the management within his perimeter around HR topics such as politics, procedures, administrative and legal aspects etc.You will coordinate the activities and guarantee the proper application of the group processes in the scope, while identify need for local adaptation as per local needs & legal frame : Responsible for some key actions on the employee life-cycle & HR policiesTraining : Collecting, analyzing, and submitting the training needs for validationTalent Management Monitoring country legal aspects (follow-up treshold) and take actions to transform and adapt practicesSupervising individual documents creation or modification before validation with the legal departments (contract, handbook etc.)Managing conflict and risk resolution and follow the procedure with the legal departmentConducting legal watch on the local scopeIdentifying possible risks with the legal department and establishing action plans about litigation or crisisHR Strategy definition & implementation : Taking an active part in leading projects from the HR road mapC&B Payroll Your Profile : You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleYou are fluent in German, you are eager to work in an international team.You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.You are curious and enthusiast and excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented
