In this role, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining a solid, long-term relationship with allocated clients.

Gaining a deep understanding of your customers’ business and anticipating their needs and changes.

Conducting annual negotiations with dedicated clients, including the yearly business plan.

Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) to improve the gross-to-net result for your group of clients.

Analyzing customer data to obtain better results and implementing strategic planning to improve customer outcomes.

Implementing the company's strategic priorities with your clients.

Delivering results in accordance with established objectives.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Customer Marketing.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in people management.

Advanced negotiation and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Good independence and ability to take decisions.

Proactive, "self-starter" attitude.

Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Team spirit and a results-oriented attitude.

Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading).

Experience in FMCG is highly preferred.
