This is your job Receive, analyze and resolve customer tickets or take part in projects. Realization of customer requirements with the help of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Communicate with customers via email or participating in customer meetings concerning operational issues Development of technical concepts based on customer requirements in the area of marketing automation / campaign management Design, development and customization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Subproject management of technical issues Gather all needed information effectively and provide it to the customer in a concise and clear manner Strive to understand our customers’ needs and being able to explain and communicate the solution in an efficient, personal, and creative manner Realization and establishment of business processes for our customers , Your Qualifications Subproject management of technical issues Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud administration and integration with other Salesforce products Very good knowledge of data modeling and SQL queries as well as web development; especially email and landing page programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, etc.) Good knowledge of Requirements Engineering and agile approaches ( SCRUM) Good knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs (especially the Marketing Cloud APIs) Fluent English (German is a plus) Development skills are an advantage , Your Benefits Additional Health Insurance (After the probation period ends).
