We are looking for a champion Senior Marketing Program Manager to join our champion team in Bucharest.
You will be fully responsible for planning and keeping on track Bitdefender’s global commercial programs, including:
- Global B2B product and solution launches
- Global marketing campaigns
- Internal enterprise projects
You will need to excel every day at:
- Setting up sessions with key members of the project teams and coordinating them
- Centralizing, updating and sharing project status
- Closely working with Product Management and Product Marketing leaders to ensure activities and assets are delivered within deadlines, match budget caps, and meet required standards for public distribution
- Making sure launch and deliverables are aligned from a timeline and messaging perspective with the corporate and brand team
- Immediately spotting solutions to unexpected challenges that may cause delays or affect asset or activity standards
- Closely monitoring project KPIs and provide visibility to involved teams to help improve project ROI
We are already into you if you:
- Have prior minimum 3-year experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Have experience in project management methodologies. Holding a project management certification (eg PMP®, Prince2) will definitely set you apart
- Are a confident communicator and Rockstar presenter, and comfortable in working with various technical and commercial teams across different timezones
- Are proactive by nature, highly energetic and positive even facing what may look like a tough challenge
- Enjoy closely monitoring project activities and deadlines, and are not afraid to immediately stand up when you see signs of delays or blockers
- Can effectively synthetize information and present them to both project teams and company management
- Are well versed in English
- Know your way around Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint, and are open to trying out new management tools (eg. Trello, Monday, Jira)
- Are comfortable with the idea that sometimes you might need to work on different timezones to accelerate certain projects
