TASKS:
Implementation of complex requirements through customizing in SAP Sales & Distribution
Customer-specific enhancement of order-to-cash processes in SAP SD
Support for pricing, delivery, billing, and output determination processes
Analysis and resolution of functional and technical issues in SAP SD
Handling 3rd-level support tickets, including process tracking and follow-up
Creation of functional specifications in collaboration with client key users
Further development of SAP SD processes (e.g. e-invoicing, IDoc processing, credit management
Qualifications and Skills:
Profound knowledge of end-to-end sales and logistics processes
Several years of consulting experience in SAP SD, including S/4HANA know-how
Integration knowledge of adjacent modules (e.g. MM, FI, LE)
Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI/IDoc, and troubleshooting/debugging tools
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer orientation
Structured, team-oriented working style with proactive communication
German and English language skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. for client workshops)
