MS Office (nice to have) Sketch (nice to have) Adobe Photoshop (nice to have) UI Design (nice to have) UX Design (nice to have) USER RESEARCH, INTERACTION DESIGN, VISUAL DESIGN, ACCESSIBILITY, USABILITY ENGINEERING (TESTING, ANALYSIS & FEEDBACK) & INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE FOR ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS1.    Model workflows and plan tasks for UX design projects2.    Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop a core understanding of user personas3.    Create a well-organized, value-driven framework for implementing sturdy UX design4.    Document functionally, all aspects of the product design process 5.    Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts6.    Conduct research to identify user needs 7.    Devise and implement a UX editorial strategy8.    Collaborate across different teams to ensure that copy is in line with both the branding and business goals9.    Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals10.    Grow a passionate team of Product Designers 11.    Participate in the creation of design IPQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree and 7+ years work experience or  Master’s degreeSpecialization in Design or related fields like marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user experience design1.    At least 2 years’ experience managing product design teams in the past as a people manager2.    Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)3.    The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness4.    In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)5.    Expert communication skills and the ability to get buy-in on ideas within a large organization6.    Design thinking, a user-centric mindset, a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving abilityKnowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Invision, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiencesOther Skills: Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and TeamworkPREFERRED SKILLSExposure to design and collaboration via tools like Figma and Zeplin Rapid proto typing techniques and tools such as OmniGraffleKnowledge of responsive designBackground in designing for mobile-first platformsUnderstanding of front-end engineering - HTML5, CSS and web standardsDesign for accessibility and complianceFamiliarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodologyExposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom
