Senior Voice Architect will be responsible for providing seamless operations of the Unified Voice Solution across the organization and ensuing effective collaboration

How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide day-to-day operational task for Microsoft Teams Telephony and other Unified Voice solutions ensuring excellent end user experience every time. Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users Regular monitoring of Unified voice solution. Requirement engineering and business support for questions and problems regarding telephony functions. Operation and maintenance of automatic number assignment and the CMDB. Manage the development and implementation of new services and testing of assigned servers. Implementing and maintain solutions in Teams Phone. Especially call queues and auto attendants. Provide Solutions on Automating daily administrative task. Piloting and roll out new functions in Teams - especially Teams Phone. Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems. Vendor management and invoice control. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience. Supporting Telephony rollout word wide (Teams-Phone and Hard-Phone). Enforce a high-quality customer service culture. Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training. What You Bring
Working together with IT Board executives Bachelor’s / master’s degree in technology. 8-10 years of experience in similar role with hands-on experience in Teams Administration (Teams Admin Center & PowerShell) – Expert. Excel (Macros) – Proficient, Power Bi – Good to Know (Moderate), SQL (T-SQL) – Competent. SIP Protocol – Advanced, Microsoft Azure- Beginner Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure with an organized problem-solving approach. Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in telephony projects is helpful.
