Collaborating with global business owners and local EQS representatives, to ensure availability of EQS standards, as well as design performance clarity and audit procedures. You will support the business in coordinating available resources and ensure business compliancy to the given EQS standards. Ultimately, you’ll supervise and report on the EQS performance of each business, to ensure that where required countermeasures can be designed and implemented effectively and on a timely manner.How You’ll Make an Impact In alignment with SE and GT governance, define, communicate, and stabilize EQS objectives and strategy. You will also build a strong relationship with local facilities and service operators. Receive, eventually adjust, and adopt Siemens Energy’s EQS targets, strategy, and standards, and ensure effective governance at GT SV global level, with particular emphasis on EHS. Establish a GT SV processes house, support process definition, documentation, and GT SV wide adherence, in accordance with Process House. Ensure effective achievement and maintenance of Quality Management System, and support for the relevant GT SV businesses on their certification of ISO27001 and IMS 9001/14001/45001standards. Coordinate direct reports to assist GT SV business needs for EQS support. This spans from process analysis and improvement, to consult on EHS practices. With a truly global approach, you make sure that EQS is followed in the entire GT SV organization, working closely and collaboratively with partners in regions and central functions. What You Bring University studies in electrical or mechanical engineering, master’s degree is a plus. You have relevant experience in service-related Project or Business Management, and a strong appetite for EQS. You have worked and understand dynamics of site works (service/operations phase is a plus) Proven experience in leading multicultural team in a global matrix organization. English is a must; Other languages (German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
