Short-Term Capacity Specialist - fixed-term contract in Bucuresti

Take the leap as a Short-Term Capacity Specialist (12 months fixed-term contract) where you will work with various stakeholders to analyze supply risks and propose solutions that improve service levels and reduce costs.

Reports to the Integrated Planning Manager.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Single point of contact: key interface between Supply Planning and manufacturing to deliver the short-term planning cycle at the agreed targets. Bridging point between ST Supply Planners, Category and Manufacturing
  • Engaging with Stakeholders: Represents the Supply Planning team on daily, weekly and monthly governance calls where options and recommendations need to be clearly presented with all the facts to ensure efficient decision making.
  • Decision making: Acts decisively and engages effectively with key stakeholders: such as the Categories, Plants, Markets and Area Logistics
  • Risk management: Proactively work to analyze current and potential Supply Risks on specific manufacturing platforms. Develop and coordinate actions plans with key stakeholders to ensure the right mitigation options are made visible

    • Were Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • Language skills Advanced level of English
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL), ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain operations, especially in key areas such as Supply/Production Planning, Customer Service, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
