Could you be the full-time Site Manager Signalling for Bucharest Giurgiu project we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and projects expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Florin and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.
You'll be responsible for all Alstom Sub Systems’ Construction and Installation activities in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy and compliance with Alstom’ strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Plan and manage the operations of survey to be settled before starting the works
Supervise the works, including tests and commissioning to be realized before energizing the equipments
Manage and control the Subcontractors performance as per their Subcontracts obligations
Ensure that subcontractor site team is efficient and sufficient
Manage general weekly and daily schedules
Ensure that installation and T&C procedures are followed
Ensures that rehabilitation installations comply with the technical documents.
Collect , check and sign related progress and quality site records
Check the good implementation of the Quality Assurance System, including more specifically the handling and storage on site of the material
Controls the material on site delivery and establishes damages reports if necessary in compliance with the Alstom Transport procedures.
Invite (through the Deputy Construction Manager) the client to the Witness Points as defined in the Installation Procedures, with interface with Quality Department
Report to the Construction manager on the progress
Ensure the overall Alstom coordination internally, with the CW partner and all the external stakeholders
Ensure the implementation of progress monitoring concerning the construction activities and compare to planned durations and productivities
Ensure reporting of construction progress to the Global Works Coordinator and to Alstom Project Management
Manage communication with the external stakeholders and ensure availability of all the documentation required for construction
Monitor the observance of the stipulations laid down in the Project Quality Documentation by the site management team
Prepare and report the financial budget of the Construction Management group for presentation to upper management
Continuously review the project schedule and assess impacts in case of any changes All about you

Qualifications:
Technical upper education in electrical or construction domain
Validated experience in Signalling & Telecom Installation supervision (at least 4 years for high level of studies and 10 years for medium level).
Good understanding of Signalling and Telecom works activities
Good knowledge of the traction and auxiliary energy distribution system, in terms of installation.
Good understanding of electrical power supply system related to OCS, PS, EI: design, mounting, testing and commissioning.
Romanian language mandatory, proficiency in English
Driving license – compulsory
