ResponsibilitiesThis role is a support function with deliverables driven by volume of contractsEnd to End Contract Management/Contract Life Cycle Management experience is required as well as thorough knowledge of types of contracts and experience in working on Master Services Agreements and Project Agreements Ensure that the process activities are carried-out in accordance with the solution agreed with the customerAct as a point of contact for customer’s stakeholders concerning contract management tasks, renewals, etc.Ensure participation in the internal & external governance related to Sourcing and Contracting processesAct as liaison in the deployment of P2P processes for other markets/ regions collaborating with other departments in the implementation of the solutionGather all necessary details from end-user for successful contract renewals Connecting with customer’s requesters to check if contracts are renewed or not after renewal plan is approved by Procurement teamAddress ad-hoc queries from requesters on contract conditions, need to be able to explain commercial or renewal conditions, termination conditions, provide accurate answers to requestersIn case of contract renewals connect with vendor to ensure on time extension: negotiation might be requiredIn case of termination of the contract send notification to the vendorsEnsure proactive communication with stakeholders and external vendorsEnsure tracking and provide fresh inputs on continuous improvement ideas & initiativesInitiate new vendor requests when needed Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications Good knowledge of Spanish language (speaking and writing), C1 minimumGood knowledge of English language (speaking and writing), C1 minimum Outstanding customer service orientationProactive and resourceful in solving problemsHighly organized and able to multitask, able to work with multiple projects at the same timeSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Able to organize own work, able to work under pressure to meet priorities and deadlines Good coordination skills, ability to work effectively on multiple tasks/ projects Preferred Qualifications Legal background or previous contracts management experience is preferred but not mandatory ·Good understanding of Source to Pay cycle, experience in 2 or more streams with in S2P cycle is an added advantage What can we offer? ·Attractive salary;·Stable job offers - employment contract·Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries·Genpact supports professional trainings and great career development opportunities·Free access to our award-winning learning platform ·Benefits such as Meal Tickets, Medical Services, Insurance, additional vacation days or partner discounts
