The project is for the world's largest professional networking platform and starts on the 10th August. You will work as a Sales Account Representative for the Spanish market, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00–19:00. This is a hybrid position, with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Please note: You must be eligible to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. Previous sales experience is mandatory, and cold calling experience is considered a strong advantage.
Role Overview:
You will reconnect with former B2B customers, encourage them to resume using the company's products and services, manage a portfolio of accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-engage former customers and reactivate their accounts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Identify up selling and business growth opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and quarterly KPIs.
- Build strong client relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Stay up to date on products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Cold calling experience is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, BPO, or marketing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 1670 euros
