Areas of responsibilities: Act as a main contact for our customers, key accounts and distribution partners across the country Manage orders processing via phone, email or EDI package Planning in deliveries and following up on logistical issues Support accounts payable and finance department Manage & resolve all incoming regional customer requests and/or challenges as well as after sales requests and/or complaints upon completion Carry out administrative and organizational tasks Initiate free-of-charge product exchange Manage special shipping requests Provide updates on actual after sales topics Assist in CRM reporting Critical requirements: Ideally holding a college/ commercial and/or university degree Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices as well as office administration and after sales skills Ideally minimum 2-3 years working experience within customer relations and/or after sales Ideally Good MS office knowledge, SAP knowledge preferred, ERP or other CRM system is welcome Excellent communication & analytical skills English & Romanian fluent languages skills Structured and well organized Good prioritization skills Highly motivated Teamplayer Independent and self sufficient Able to work under pressure
