As a Sr Adv Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the Manufacturing Test engineering team to ensure the successful execution of test manufacturing processes and the delivery of high-quality products. You will lead efforts to optimize Test manufacturing operations, improve test & operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test manufacturing processes that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Eng Manager, and you’ll work in our Lugoj, Timis location on an On-Site work schedule.
