Sr Procurement Buyer (with German) - Hybrid in Bucuresti

ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and drives saving opportunities, consumption reduction and value engineering projects through negotiationsConducts eAuctions for goods and services, ensuring best value offering to business.Revisits agreed terms with existing suppliers to improve productity and working capital. He/She implements new deals and identifies new saving opportunitiesDeveloping and implementing the Annual Operating Plan together with the Business and the Commodity Strategic TeamCreate and apply strategically the Category Cards for the supported sites/countries.Drives BAE execution in strong colboration with the business partner and the other stakeholdersPlaces purchase orders and manages changes to existing purchase orders.Deals with invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the business stakeholders, supplier and Accounts Payable team.Engages in stakeholder & requisitioner communication aiming to improve understanding of indirect procurement processes and tools.Maintains a strong collaboration with the buyer to ensure common target achievement.The Procurmeent buyer will ensure all tasks are carried out in line with indirect procurement policy and strategy.Qualifications:Technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcingPlanning, negotiations and agreements/contract managementProficiency of English and German Minimum 6 years of experience in a purchasing environmentMicrosoft Office skillsExcellent Technical skills of SAP purchasing system We offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and ongoing personal developmentCareer growth opportunitiesExperienced leaders to support your professional developmenInternational work environmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
