This role also drives governance, transparency and traceability partnering with various functional leaders in the organization.The incumbent reports directly to the WW Sales Compensation Program Executive. As part of small, dedicated team scope, shape, manage and execute critical global strategic transformation programs that are cross functional in nature.Key stakeholders for this PM role include WW Sales Comp & Readiness VP and their leadership team, Global Sales Leadership team, Global Sales Strategy & Planning representatives, Finance, HR/Resource management, IT, Global Operations as well as external vendors/ agencies.This role will typically influence across Dir and above level talent.How you'll make your mark:Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define.
